Brian Andrew Hose (born 1993 in Boulder, Colorado) is a film director based in Berlin since 2017. He makes quietly observed, character-driven films about rootlessness and people struggling to create intimacy across social, emotional, and geographic distance.

Alongside his narrative work, he has worked as a video artist for a production at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and directed a documentary for an exhibition at the Schwules Museum Berlin.

His films have screened at festivals including the Max Ophüls Preis and the Independent FilmFest Osnabrück. He is currently studying Narrative Film at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) under Prof. Thomas Arslan.
