Brian Andrew Hose (born 1993 in Boulder, Colorado) is a film director based in Berlin since 2017. His work explores themes such as power structures within interpersonal relationships and queer lifestyles.

​Alongside his narrative film work, he has also worked as a video artist for a theater production at the Deutsche Oper, and directed a documentary for an exhibition an the Schwules Museum Berlin.

 

​His films have been screened at festivals including the Max Ophüls Preis and the Independent FilmFest Osnabrück. Currently he is enrolled in the Narrative Film program at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK), studying under Prof. Thomas Arslan.
